Campaign Organizer <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.1.1 The organizers of the public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>CASUS Association<\/strong>, a Romanian legal entity without patrimonial purpose, established under Government Ordinance no. 26\/2000, registered under no. 79\/A\/07.07.2015 in the Register of Associations and Foundations of Ia\u0219i County, with headquarters in Ia\u0219i Municipality, Metalurgiei Blvd., no. 8, CAD no. 128446, C19\/1, Room 25, Basement, Ia\u0219i County, tax registration code 34989307, legally represented by Mr. \u0218tefan-Anton Gheorghie\u0219, president,       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ECOARENA<\/strong> (registered trademark of GHIPOCONCEPT S.R.L.), headquartered in Ia\u0219i Municipality, Metalurgiei Boulevard, No. 8, Centrala Frig, Ia\u0219i County, registered under no. J22\/1753\/2014 at the Ia\u0219i Trade Register Office, with unique code RO 33813123, authorized to collect WEEE according to Environmental Authorization No. 144 of 04.11.2020, revised on 30.09.2021, represented by Simona Cecilia Ghiga,  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">hereinafter referred to as <strong>Organizers<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 2. Definitions <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.2.1 For the purposes of this Regulation, the terms and expressions below have the following meanings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\">\n<li>WEEE &#8211; waste electrical or electronic equipment that is\/was dependent on an electric current or electromagnetic field to function properly independently. This implies that the equipment must have been directly powered by the electrical grid or batteries and intended for standalone operation, not as an accessory or peripheral to another main equipment. Therefore, accessories that connect to or are used with an EEE (mouse, keyboard, cable, remote control, electrical components, extension cords, etc.) are excluded.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class A WEEE &#8211; waste electrical or electronic equipment that is complete, not dismantled or subjected to mechanical shocks that significantly deform its structure, and not contaminated with hazardous materials\/substances that could endanger the life or health of those handling it or affect the treatment process, meeting at least the following specific conditions:<ol><li>Refrigeration equipment must contain: the entire refrigeration circuit (compressor, condenser, evaporator), all doors, power cable;<\/li><\/ol>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Large household appliances must specifically contain, depending on their type, the following: electric motors, electric resistances, tubs and drums, doors and metal casing, electronic plates, power cable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 3. Duration <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.3.1 The public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection is organized and takes place in <strong>IA\u0218I (RESIDENCE)<\/strong>, Ia\u0219i County, during the <strong>period 16.09.2024 \u2013 16.10.2024<\/strong> in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation. The Regulation is drafted and will be made public according to applicable Romanian legislation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 4. Participants <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.4.1. Participation in the campaign involves handing over one or more used\/old or defective, whole (undismantled) household, electrical, or electronic appliances at one of the collection points: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>SC Salubris S.A. Headquarters,<\/strong> National Road no.43;<strong> T\u0103t\u0103ra\u0219i Neighborhood Center,<\/strong> Vasile Lupu St. no.8;<strong> Frumoasa Neighborhood Center,<\/strong> Poitiers Blvd. no. 20-22<strong>; Nicolina Neighborhood Center,<\/strong> Petre \u021au\u021bea St. no.2;<strong> Alexandru cel Bun Neighborhood Center,<\/strong> Tabacului St. no.1B;<strong> P\u0103curari Neighborhood Center,<\/strong> P\u0103curari Road no.34, <strong>schedule: 16 SEPTEMBER \u2013 16 OCTOBER 2024 from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-16:00; Permanent WEEE Collection Center Ia\u0219i<\/strong> (Pompei St. no.3, Podul de Piatr\u0103 area), <strong>schedule: Monday, Wednesday &#8211; 09:00 &#8211; 18:00<\/strong><strong>; Tuesday, Thursday, Friday &#8211; 09:00 &#8211; 17:00 and Saturday between 09:00 \u2013 13:00.<\/strong>    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.4.2 Employees or collaborators of the Organizer, collaborators and employees of the City Hall and Local Council of the commune <strong>IA\u0218I (RE<\/strong><strong>SIDENCE)<\/strong>, Ia\u0219i County, are prohibited from participating in the contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.4.3 By participating in the public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection, participants express their agreement with the Regulation of the public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.4.4 Participants in the public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the official regulation as mentioned below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 6. Prizes <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.6.1 In the public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection, the prizes offered are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8211; 20x 2 tickets\/w<\/strong><strong>inner at the National Athenaeum in Ia\u0219i; 10x 2 tickets\/winner at the Romanian National Opera Ia\u0219i; 3x vacuum cleaner; 4x coffee espresso machine; 5x shower head<\/strong><strong> with filtration; 5x heater; 5x blender, 5x water filter jug.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.6.2 The manufacturers fully assume the conformity of the products offered as prizes in the raffle and provide their warranty in accordance with the legal provisions in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.6.3 The raffle prizes are awarded based on the drawing of valid raffle tickets by the guest responsible for this draw. The draw will take place: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>16 OCTOBER 2024, 12:00 PM, Electrical and Electronic Equipment Waste Collection Center Ia\u0219i, Pompei St. no. 3 (Podul de Piatr\u0103 area), Ia\u0219i Municipality, Ia\u0219i County. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 7. Mechanism <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.7.1 Any person can hand over a whole (undismantled) old household appliance or more at the collection points mentioned in Art. 4.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art. 7.2 Any person who hands over one or more whole (undismantled) waste electrical or electronic equipment and has not benefited from gift vouchers can receive a \u201cRAFFLE TICKET\u201d which will be filled in with the participant&#8217;s details. The ticket consists of two parts (one for the organizer and one for the participant). Filling in the requested details on the coupon (Name, Surname, Age, Home Address, Phone, if available \u2013 email address and handed over appliance) is mandatory. An individual can receive only one \u201cRAFFLE TICKET\u201d.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.7.3 If the Organizer identifies individuals who influence or facilitate the winning of bonuses and prizes through inappropriate means, the Organizer reserves the right to use all legal means to pursue these individuals in court and recover any damages caused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.7.4. For the raffle to take place, the number of tickets entered in the raffle must be at least equal to the number of prizes to be awarded. If the number of tickets entered is less than the number of prizes, the raffle will not take place and the prizes will not be awarded.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 8. Designation of Prize Winners <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.8.1 The mandatory condition for holding the raffle is that the number of participants registered in the raffle, respectively the tickets entered, must be at least equal to the number of prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.8.2 The raffle prizes will be awarded upon presentation of the valid winning ticket (the half remaining with the participant) and an identity document, to the committee at the draw and award ceremony. Once the \u201cRAFFLE TICKET\u201d is validated, the participant can claim the prize within 14 days, starting the day after the draw. If the prize is not claimed within the 14 days, it becomes void. Winners not present at the draw will be notified by the organizer within 3 working days from the raffle&#8217;s closing date. Upon receiving the prize, the participant will sign a Handover-Receipt report for the prize.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.8.3 The cash equivalent of the Prizes is not awarded, and the winning raffle tickets are not transferable to anyone other than the winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.8.4 The list of winners will be published on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecoarena.ro\">www.ecoarena.ro<\/a>, Facebook: ECOarena, within 10 calendar days from the raffle&#8217;s closing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 9. Errors <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.9.1 Complaints regarding the received bonus made after the date of signing the receipt confirming the delivery of the gift voucher(s) will not be considered and will not be the responsibility of the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.9.2 In case of attempted system fraud, abuse, or any acts likely to affect the Organizer&#8217;s image, the Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures to remedy the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 10. Personal Data Protection <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.10.1 Participants in the public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection are protected in accordance with the provisions of Law 677\/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, especially the following rights: the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to intervene on the data, the right to object, and by participating in the public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection they expressly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.10.2 To exercise these rights, the participant can address a written, dated, and signed request to CASUS Association, Ia\u0219i Municipality, Metalurgiei Blvd., no. 8, CAD no. 128446, C19\/1, Room 25, Basement, Ia\u0219i County. The participant is also recognized the right to address the courts.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.10.3 Participants must declare their personal data to use the raffle ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art.10.4 By participating in the public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection, participants agree that their name, address, and photograph may be made public and used for advertising purposes by the Organizer, in various printed, audio, and video materials, without any claim related to this aspect. Art.10.5 By participating in the public awareness and information campaign on the importance of WEEE collection, participants agree that their personal data communicated to the Organizer may be used for advertising purposes. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OFFICIAL REGULATION of the Public Awareness and Information Campaign on the Importance of WEEE Collection SECTION 1.
